Sunday and Bank Holiday Surcharge

All services scheduled for Sundays and Bank Holidays will incur an additional £5 fee.

Deposits

We require a non-transferable and non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from the final price of your service.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change. Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. In case of a cancellation with less than 24 hours notice, a fee of 50% of the service cost will be charged.

No-Show Policy

We will require full payment before scheduling future bookings if you miss your appointment without prior notice.
